Microsoft Power Bi nedir?
Power bi büyük verilerin hızlı şekilde düzenlenmesine ve görselleştirilmesine imkan tanıyan iş zekası raporlama platformudur. Microsoft tarafından 2011 yılında piyasaya sürülen Power bi günümüzün en önemli iş zekası platformlarından birisidir. Powerbi kompleks verilerin dinamik şekilde raporlanması ve özellikle dashboard oluşturulma konusunda avantaj sağlamaktadır. Excel ile karşılaştırıldığında Power bi verileri daha hızlı işleyebilmektedir. Ayrıca excele göre kullanımı daha kolay olan Powerbi bu özelliği sayesinde kullanıcılara kolaylık sağlamaktadır.
İş Zekası: Business intelligence (BI) Nedir?
İş zekası (BI) verilerin düzenli şekilde kullanılmasını sağlayan işlemler bütünüdür. İş zekası çalışmaları; veriyi toplama, düzenleme, sınıflandırma, depolama, analiz ve raporlama süreçlerini içerektedir. En önemli iş zekası araçları SAP, Power BI, Oracle, SQL, Tableau araçlarıdır. İş Zekası çalışmalarının en önemli yararlarından birisi veri ambarı (dwh) çalışmalarıdır.
Veri Ambarı: Data Warehouse (DWH) Nedir?
Veri ambarı (DWH), farklı kaynaklardan gelen karmaşık verileri düzenlemeye, sınıflandırmaya ve yönetmeye imkan tanıyan modern bir veri yönetim sistemidir. Data Warehouse ile şirketlerin verileri kullanması kolaylaşmakta, gereksiz verilerin oluşturacağı zararlar engellenmekte ve analiz süreçleri desteklenmektedir.
